Still going...

So yeah,
I've been super busy.
Trying to figure out what to do with life, I guess.
Sugar Tooth is going pretty well, it's more of a side project right now, due to the economy and lack of wanting to take a giant risk.

I have been working with Ventana del Soul a lot lately, which is the non-profit cafe and cultural center. I may have mentioned it before, I can't remember. Anyway, I'm going to do a partial open of their coffee house this coming monday, and I will have some bakery items there. Until we get more funding and staff, however, we will have limited hours and such.

I have also decided to apply to go back to school in the fall, i'm pretty sure. Crazy, right? If I can get in, I will go back to St. Ed's (where i did my undergrad) to get my Master's in Counseling.

Anyway, that's what has been up lately. Today I'm making a tower of vegan donuts for Rachel's birthday. The last one I made was super delicious and SUPER messy. But I think that's all part of the fun! Basically it's a ton of mini donuts stacked up with chocolate poured from the top down.
